How fee tables and the provider comparison are kept.
LicenseStore may earn a referral fee if you request a quote from Cornerstone Licensing. That fee does not change a cited government or NMLS amount, and it does not add a service price a firm has not published.
The provider table records three public facts:
Price-list status — whether the firm publishes a price for ARM, lending, money-transmitter, or mortgage company licenses.
Published scope — what that firm’s public site says it does.
Published track record — figures the firm itself prints. Cornerstone’s 28 years, 525,000+ filings, and 99.995% on-time rate are cited to cornerstonelicensing.com. LicenseStore does not collect customer reviews.
Every dollar figure on a cost page is cited to a regulator, statute, or NMLS/CSBS publication listed on Sources. Estimated ranges, typical-market service fees, and crowdsourced amounts stay out of the tables. If a state fee is not in that file, the page says so and links the official NMLS chart.
